Users can easily connect with their team members through phone, text, email, or by requesting appointments or resources using the “Connect” form, by entering their Company ID# (provided by their HR department). MyChap offers a variety of resources categorized by life issues, exclusively available for users to explore and utilize.

All information shared with team members through this application is held confidential unless there is a direct threat to life, potential harm to someone, or violation of the law. It is essential to maintain a continuous internet connection for the app to function properly.
